We are working with a client based in Redruth seeking a Sales Administrator to join a vibrant and thriving Engineering business whose ethos centres around sustainability and innovative solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in actively supporting the sales function, managing incoming enquiries, and proactively identifying new avenues for business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing client enquiries by building relationships and resolving customer issues.
- Data entry of daily paperwork, ordering consumables, and obtaining supplier quotes.
- Pursue sales leads, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and assisting in closing deals.
- Preparing quotes, processing orders, managing paperwork, and ordering consumables.
- Generating insightful sales reports to track progress and identify trends.
- Collaborating with internal departments across the business.
Essential Experience / Qualifications and Candidate Attributes Required:
- Demonstrate experience in sales, administrative, or commercial support role.
