We are working with a client based in Redruth seeking a Sales Administrator to join a vibrant and thriving Engineering business whose ethos centres around sustainability and innovative solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in actively supporting the sales function, managing incoming enquiries, and proactively identifying new avenues for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing client enquiries by building relationships and resolving customer issues.
  • Data entry of daily paperwork, ordering consumables, and obtaining supplier quotes.
  • Pursue sales leads, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and assisting in closing deals.
  • Preparing quotes, processing orders, managing paperwork, and ordering consumables.
  • Generating insightful sales reports to track progress and identify trends.
  • Collaborating with internal departments across the business.

Essential Experience / Qualifications and Candidate Attributes Required:

  • Demonstrate experience in sales, administrative, or commercial support role.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems to manage client interactions.
  • Strong planning and time management skills.
  • Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with data entry and procurement processes.
