This high profile organisation is looking for an ambitious junior EA to join their busy and fast-paced team. They have offices across the globe which you will visit on a regular basis. They are looking for a fast learner who enjoys communicating with senior stakeholders both inside and outside of the organisation. This is a truly career building opportunity.
As an EA in this business, you will sit in the EA team and report into the EA of the CEO and the Director of the executive office. You will be full time in their London office.

Required experience
- Previous senior level PA/EA experience, preferably to C-Suite level
- Previous experience with handling complex travel plans, including multi-leg itineraries and visas
- Demonstrable experience of managing busy diaries and prioritising workload
- Previous experience of communicating effectively with senior stakeholders internally and externally of the business on a regular basis
Desirable skills
- A good knowledge of global current affairs
- Experience in leveraging digital and AI tools to maximise efficiency and operations (both in the EA role and as part of the wider organisation)
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience of working with and interacting with high profile figures
- Understanding of national and international protocols for senior dignitaries and high profile individuals
- High levels of discretion, interpersonal skills, good judgement and tact
- An ability to operate in a fast moving and pressured environment
- Proactive team player with positive attitude
- Excellent team player and work collaboratively with colleagues and perform other duties as reasonably required to achieve the goals of your team and the business
