Your new role as a Property Management Support Specialist involves maintaining accurate lease and budget data, managing service charge reconciliations, and processing tenant recharges. You will liaise regularly with surveyors and tenants to resolve queries, ensuring seamless financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lease Management - Maintain tenancy schedules, manage rent reviews, and ensure lease data accuracy.
  • Service Charge Reconciliations - Assist with budgeting processes, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Utility Recharges - Process tenant recharges based on sub-meter readings or account estimates.
  • Invoice & Charge Processing - Code supplier invoices, raise rent reports, and issue approved charges.
  • Insurance Management - Manage tenant premium recharges and mid-term adjustments.
  • Supplier Management - Verify new suppliers and input accurate financial data into the system.
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Solid understanding of commercial leases (Essential).
  • Experience with service charge reconciliations & budgeting.
  • Strong Excel skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication & time management abilities.
  • Finance or accounts background with analytical expertise.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to company procedures.
