We are recruiting for a Customer Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, an industry-leading manufacturer with a strong presence in the B2B sector. Known for innovation, reliability, and long-term partnerships, our client is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to take ownership of below-the-line marketing initiatives that deepen customer engagement and reinforce the company's market reputation. As Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in developing and executing targeted marketing strategies that add value across the customer journey while strengthening loyalty and boosting retention.
Please note: applicants must have proven experience in customer marketing or trade marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging below-the-line marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, case studies, customer events, etc.).
- Work closely with the sales and customer engagement teams to develop and implement tailored campaigns.
- Measure and report on the performance of all customer marketing activities, optimising based on data and insights.
- Be responsible in leading and coaching the customer marketing executive.
- Working collaboratively with the Assistant Brand Manager and broader teams to ensure customer needs are reflected and met in all marketing initiatives.
- Optimise the customer journey.
- Proven experience in Trade or Customer Marketing is a must.
- Experience working in either a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to be proactive, think strategically, and bring creative, outside-the-box ideas to customer engagement initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing customer-facing content.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse performance metrics and optimize accordingly.
- Some management or team leadership experience would be beneficial.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
