A Financial Services Company is currently seeking a Product Analyst to help assist in optimising their Asset Financing/ Lending platform. The role will be multi-faced in nature, analysing business requirements, data analysis, identifying opportunities for platform enhancements and ensuring alignment between system capabilities and business needs.
The Product team work very closely with key stakeholders and technical teams, helping drive improvements on the platform, overseeing key deployments across the full project lifecycle, as well as ensuring the smooth scalability as their client base grows.
- Skills Experience: having worked in Product, Business/ Data Analysis or similar
- An understanding of asset finance and leasing processes, familiarity with lending platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate technical concepts into business terms, engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analyses, and creating user stories or functional specifications.
- Ability to understand system capabilities, data structures, and integrations, and work effectively with technical teams.
- Experience supporting end-to-end delivery of system changes
- A proactive approach to resolving issues and optimizing platform performance
