Interim HR Business Partner - 9 month contract - up to Β£95,000 p/a plus package - London (office-based 5 days a week)
Our client is a leading global data & analytics business, with growth and innovation at its heart. They are looking for an interim HR Business Partner to join their International HR function, based in London. The company has an office-based, fast-paced & dynamic culture.
The International HR team partners employees outside US HQ (c. 500). The International division is the newest part of the business and is on an exciting growth journey β both organic and through M&A.
Reporting to the International HR VP, you will be part of a close-knit team that provides an end-to-end HR offering. Supported by Centres of Excellence in the US, you will partner MD/VP level leaders across International, and have great exposure to senior stakeholders. This role is autonomous, with the opportunity to be strategic and make an impact, but also has the expectation that you will roll your sleeves up and deliver.
Your role will cover all areas of the HR remit, including M&A, restructures, organizational effectiveness, performance, engagement & ER.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a can-do, hands-on approach to HR business partnering
- Be a natural problem solver, and someone who wants to make an impact with new ideas
- Have experience across the full HR remit β strong European employment law would be very helpful β across Germany, Italy & UK particularly
- Be commercial, and business-focused & enjoy working in a global matrix
- Have experience of M&A (beneficial)
- Have experience in professional services, technology or financial services sectors (beneficial)
- Be happy to be office-based 5 days a week
This is an initial 9 month contract and is looking for someone to join ASAP so candidates who are immediately available or available at very short notice are preferred.
