We provide Principal Designer (CDM) and Client CDM assurance services under the CDM 2015 Regulations, along with high-quality bespoke construction Health & Safety consultancy. Our service excellence is founded on core values that strengthen our relationships with clients, markets, and personnel. Accredited through SMAS (SSIP), we service all levels of construction projects across the UK.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior CDM Consultant, located in Birmingham with work from home flexibility. The Senior CDM Consultant will be responsible for providing specialist health, safety, and construction design risk management consultancy services. Daily tasks include:
- Offering Principal Designer and Client CDM assurance services under the CDM 2015 Regulations
- Conducting site visits and inspections
- Developing risk management strategies
- Preparing CDM documentation
- Liaising with clients to ensure compliance and safety standards are met
Qualifications:
- Experience in health and safety consultancy, with specific focus on construction design risk management
- Proficiency in CDM 2015 Regulations and Principal Designer roles
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Capability to conduct site visits and inspections
- Strong documentation and report preparation skills
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate, IOSH, or equivalent
