A talented Senior User Researcher / UX Researcher is needed by a leading provider of travel and lifestyle benefits! Our client needs an experienced and self-driven Senior User Researcher / UX Researcher who can evangelise user research across the business and help optimise product strategy.
This is a new role, where you will be able to take ownership of the organisation’s end-to-end research, from planning and recruitment to synthesis and storytelling. It is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building from scratch, and is confident engaging with cross-functional teams to embed research deeply into product strategy.
The Senior User Researcher / UX Researcher’s responsibilities include:
- Conducting mixed-method research (with a focus on qualitative) including interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies, etc to build up a picture of user needs and wants.
- Collaborating closely with product managers, product designers, and other key stakeholders to identify research questions and align on objectives.
- Producing data and user insights to aid in the creation of product strategy.
The Senior User Researcher / UX Researcher’s must have:
- Experience in industries like travel, loyalty, fintech, benefits platforms, and cross-cultural user studies.
- Previous hands-on user research experience (ideally in product-led or B2B2C environments), including running research independently and proactively across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Usertesting.com, Lyssna, Lookback, Maze, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or similar.
