Project Management Office (PMO) Officer

PMO Manager Hybrid, flexible working We’re looking for a highly capable PMO Manager to play a key role in driving the success of complex, high-impact transformation projects within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This role sits at the heart of strategic change initiatives and offers the opportunity to build and shape the PMO function from the ground up . You’ll be working across multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines align, risks are managed, and senior stakeholders remain informed and engaged. Establish and run the PMO function, defining processes, standards, and reporting frameworks to support effective project delivery. Lead program-level reporting – including preparation of high-quality status updates and board packs for senior leadership and steering committees. Track key metrics such as progress against plan, risks and issues, and decision logs.
