Are you an experienced Sales Order Processor, highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to step into a key role in a fast-paced, internal sales environment? Altro is looking for a Sales Order Processor to join our Internal Sales Team based in our Customer Care Centre in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. These are both full-time, permanent roles, and after your initial training period, offer the benefit of hybrid working (3 days a week onsite in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire).
As a Sales Order Processor at Altro, your main responsibility will be to oversee the ordering process for our Flooring and accessories products from start to finish. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling their enquiries and ensuring all sales orders are processed correctly and promptly. Attention to detail is essential, as you’ll need to accurately record customer requirements, manage complex export orders, and liaise with various teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
