DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the professional services industry who require a Senior Network Engineer to join the firm in London on a 12 month fixed term basis. You will be responsible for maintaining the existing LAN/WAN infrastructure as well as working on projects to maintain their LAN/WAN and Office Moves and Changes.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructure using Cisco Campus Networking 9300 series and Cisco Nexus switches.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Palo Alto Prisma Access firewall policies to ensure secure access to critical applications and data.
- Implement and manage VeloCloud SD-WAN solutions to optimise network performance and ensure reliable connectivity across multiple locations.
- Administer and configure FortiGate Firewalls for advanced security measures and threat management.
- Monitor network performance, identify issues, and perform necessary troubleshooting to maintain optimal network health.
Required Skills:
- 5 years plus experience.
- HLD / LLD Documentation skills.
- Strong knowledge in the Microsoft Azure cloud stack.
- Knowledge and experience of installing and configuring and troubleshooting Azure.
- Relevant Azure and Cisco qualifications.
- Palo Alto, VMware Velo, FortiGate certification preferred.
