Location: Tilford, Surrey - Rural office setting - own transport essential - office based

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Salary: £28k - £30k pa

We are looking for a proactive Administrator to join this friendly team, where every day brings a mix of administrative tasks, team support, and customer interaction. Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and queries with professionalism
  • Maintain up-to-date customer and supplier databases
  • Support project and enquiry follow-ups
  • Process purchase orders and allocate tasks to consultants
  • Assist with resurvey programmes and produce monthly client reports
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, filing systems, and archives
  • Coordinate office supplies and stationery
  • Type correspondence, invoices, and file notes as required
  • Provide flexible support to the consultants and deliverables team
  • Offer PA support to Directors, especially during staff absences
  • Manage diaries, meetings, and correspondence for senior leadership
  • Liaise with local suppliers for document collection and delivery

What you will bring:

  • Educated to A level or equivalent
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong PC skills - ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and databases and SharePoint
  • Articulate and numerate with excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
  • An approachable personality with a willingness to tackle a range of jobs
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and balance numerous tasks
  • Car driver essential (due to rural location of the office)
  • Touch typing (speed and accuracy will be an advantage)
  • Diary and meeting management experience
