We are recruiting a Head of Finance for an established soft commodities trading business with a turnover of approximately £100 million who are going through an exciting growth phase. Their head office is in London with a European subsidiary.
You will ensure robust financial controls and procedures, supporting the company initiatives and enhancing financial awareness across the business, working closely with the Managing Director to drive financial strategy and strive for operational excellence.

Person Specification
- Graduate with professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. This is essential.

- Experience of implementing hedge accounting in a commodity trading environment. This is essential.
- High level proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications, preferably including Power BI.
- Consistent record of delivering strategic, complex and cross-functional projects from definition to completion.
- Exceptional skills in building and optimising financial controls in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
