We're working with an established engineering business based in Worcester to recruit a Project Manager to take ownership of multi-faceted projects - managing resources, timelines and costs to ensure successful delivery. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering long-term career progression and involvement in exciting turnkey projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Planning, organising and managing complex engineering projects from start to finish
  • Coordinating internal teams and third-party contractors
  • Managing budgets, schedules and risk mitigation strategies
  • Acting as main point of contact for customers and providing regular updates
  • Tracking project milestones and ensuring timely invoicing
  • Carrying out post-project reviews to evaluate performance and identify improvements
  • Working across multiple departments to align project delivery with business goals
  • Occasional travel and time spent on client sites as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience delivering technical or engineering-based projects
  • Strong project planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations is beneficial
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Relevant certifications such as IOSH, SMSTS or PRINCE2
  • Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ideally educated to HNC/HND or degree level (or equivalent experience)
