We're working with an established engineering business based in Worcester to recruit a Project Manager to take ownership of multi-faceted projects - managing resources, timelines and costs to ensure successful delivery. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering long-term career progression and involvement in exciting turnkey projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Planning, organising and managing complex engineering projects from start to finish
- Coordinating internal teams and third-party contractors
- Managing budgets, schedules and risk mitigation strategies
- Acting as main point of contact for customers and providing regular updates
- Tracking project milestones and ensuring timely invoicing
- Carrying out post-project reviews to evaluate performance and identify improvements
- Working across multiple departments to align project delivery with business goals
- Occasional travel and time spent on client sites as required
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience delivering technical or engineering-based projects
- Strong project planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of CDM regulations is beneficial
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Relevant certifications such as IOSH, SMSTS or PRINCE2
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Ideally educated to HNC/HND or degree level (or equivalent experience)
