We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE to join our well-established and highly regarded Residential Property & Conveyancing team.
Our team is one of the largest in Kent, advising a broad range of clients across the South East, London, and nationwide. This is a great opportunity for a solicitor looking to build their career within a supportive, collaborative, and professional environment.
The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Mortgages and re-mortgages
- New-build transactions
- High-value and listed properties
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement
- Probate and matrimonial-related transfers
You will work closely with clients, agents, and third parties, supported by experienced colleagues and administrative staff to ensure smooth and efficient case progression.
About You
We're looking for a solicitor who:
- Has at least 1 year of PQE in residential conveyancing
- Can manage a varied caseload independently and confidently
- Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Is organised and detail-focused
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and delivering excellent client service
