Proclinical is seeking a Staff ERP Solution Architect to join a dynamic team focused on expanding system capabilities and supporting company growth. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with finance, accounting, supply chain, commercial, and manufacturing organizations, while mentoring business analysts on SAP product offerings and system enhancements. Conduct complex business and systems analysis, gathering requirements from business users and technical staff. Provide data expertise and consulting for operational reporting and analytics. Design and implement integrations between SAP S/4 HANA and external systems. Communicate effectively with business users regarding project status. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with business users and IT analysts. Strong relationship-building skills with internal business customers and IT teams. Experience mentoring and leading business analysts through system process implementation. Self-sufficient, flexible, and motivated team player capable of managing multiple activities. Experience in healthcare, pharma, or medical device industry is a plus. Experience with SAP API\’s and integration middleware. Bachelor\’s Degree or equivalent experience. Relevant experience with SAP in a BA/Functional/Architect role. Knowledge of SAP systems and processes best practices. SAP S/4 HANA certifications preferred.
