About the Role
A local public sector organisation in Enfield is seeking a Community Adaptations Officer for a short-term assignment supporting a vital community equipment and adaptations service. This hands-on role ensures vulnerable residents have access to the equipment they need to live independently and safely at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical support for the delivery and maintenance of lifting and mobility equipment.
- Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to arrange installations, repairs, and assessments.
- Respond to enquiries from residents, carers, and professionals, providing advice and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage and prioritise a personal caseload, ensuring records are maintained and service targets are met.
