We are looking for experienced Control Panel Wirers for a busy manufacturing business based in North of Manchester. If you have experience in Control Panel build, specialist machinery wiring or working from Engineering drawings, this role could be perfect for you!

Duties:

  • Control panel build using drawings and schematics.
  • Experience of building, kitting out, fitting and wiring of control panels, PLCs, MCCs etc.

Skills:

  • Experience of control wiring, build and read drawings.
  • Layout, marking and population of back plates and control panels.
  • Responsible for marking up diagrams as built and feeding back to engineering/technical.
  • Soldering.
  • Solving problems as required.
  • Establishes productive, cooperative relationships with customers, management and suppliers.
  • Ability to establish priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • Showing commitment to completing allocated tasks despite setbacks.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant electrical qualification, City & Guilds
  • Driving Licence.
  • Microsoft Office.
