Our city-based asset management client is seeking a Marketing Communications Assistant to work in their marketing team of fifteen. This role is offered on a hybrid working arrangement – minimum of three days in the office each week.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the communications team in organising and hosting engaging content for clients and processing regular investment communications for investment professionals, institutional investors and retail consumers.
- Assist in the production of videos and webinars.
- Create e-marketing and social media to promote content.
- Draft, edit, approve and distribute client investment reports monthly and quarterly and six-monthly fund manager commentaries.
- Provide monthly management information.
- Assist in delivering materials for strategic partner events e.g., marketing collateral.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have solid experience of working in marketing communications within asset management.
- Be knowledgeable about investment products and financial markets.
- Have a good understanding of the compliance framework from a marketing perspective.
- Have experience of producing marketing communications.
- Be experienced in producing digital content to engage with the investment professionals.
- Be knowledgeable in e-marketing and social media tools.
- Ideally have produced videos and webinars.
