Hours: Hybrid, standard office hours, Monday – Friday

About Our Client

Role Overview

As a Supply Planner, you will oversee relationships with third-party partners, managing performance, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align third-party strategy with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and drive projects for new third-party partnerships and SKU setup
2. Establish comprehensive timing plans for assigned projects, ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines
3. Confirm agreements with third parties that align with project objectives, budget, and timeline
4. Communicate effectively with third parties and internal stakeholders to monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide feedback
5. Evaluate the performance and quality of third parties, ensuring compliance with company standards and expectations
6. Identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may arise from third-party collaborations
7. Provide support and guidance to third parties and internal teams to foster collaboration and trust
8. Support demand planning and forecasting processes
9. Assist the department head with data analysis, report creation, and project work
10. Carry out additional duties as required to fulfill business needs

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Solid understanding of third-party management best practices
• MPS & MRP knowledge
• Project management experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong Excel proficiency and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Effective team player with a collaborative approach

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Co-Packing operations
• Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP systems
