MAIN DUTIES
- Producing, creating and modifying basic layouts using AutoCAD.
- Amending house type planning drawings as/when required.
- Completing small planning applications.
- Submitting & liaising with Local Planning Authorities in relation to planning condition clearance.
- Liaising with Planning Officers to follow up progress of minor applications.
- Attending meetings that may be required in the performance of your duties.
- Complying with and upholding company policies and procedures.
- Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.
- Maintaining all health and safety aspects associated with Covid-19.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES
- Computer / IT literate with capability to use Excel, Word and database packages.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a busy office environment.
- Ability to use AutoCAD.
- 5 GCSE grade 4 or above including maths and English (or equivalent).
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
