*** IMMEDIATE START *** TEMP TO PERM Currently based in BD14, the company is relocating to a new site in BD3 late 2025. £14.00 per hour for first 12 weeks. (£27300) £16.50 per hour after 12 weeks completed (£32175) Monday to Friday, 7:45 am – 3:45 pm (37.5 paid hours after breaks). Benefits after 12 weeks probationary period 28 days holidays increase to 35 days holiday. Excellent profit share scheme. Private healthcare. Generous contributory pension. THE ROLE AND COMPANY This highly successful manufacturer has a supportive company culture that fosters trust and avoids micromanagement, creating a fantastic team environment. Reporting directly to a very experience Production Manager, this is a newly created role designed to assist the two existing team members in a busy warehouse and the wider production team. The role includes: Forklift driving (approximately 15%) Van driving (approximately 20%) General warehouse duties (approximately 65%) ESSENTIAL TO APPLY Valid and up-to-date counterbalance forklift licence. Minimum of 3 years of FLT counterbalance experience. Clean driving licence (must be over 25 for insurance purposes).
