What You’ll Do Contribute to shaping our ambitious program of product features, technical debt reduction, and scalability improvements Coach and mentor a team of software engineers Deliver solutions for our clients, drive software delivery and improve engineering processes Collaborate with partner teams across Addepar to deliver impactful results for both internal and external clients Who You Are Extensive experience of software engineering experience. Previous experience of leading software engineering teams, preferably in a platform engineering context Experience or interest in financial technology A great communicator adept at working with cross-functional partners You value developing people and coaching engineers to succeed.
