What You’ll Do

• Contribute to shaping our ambitious program of product features, technical debt reduction, and scalability improvements
• Coach and mentor a team of software engineers
• Deliver solutions for our clients, drive software delivery and improve engineering processes
• Collaborate with partner teams across Addepar to deliver impactful results for both internal and external clients

Who You Are

• Extensive experience of software engineering experience.
• Previous experience of leading software engineering teams, preferably in a platform engineering context
• Experience or interest in financial technology
• A great communicator adept at working with cross-functional partners
• You value developing people and coaching engineers to succeed.
• Experienced with managing software projects throughout the SDLC, improving team agile processes, estimation and project planning
