Salary:
- Year 1: £27-45k OTE
- Year 2: £60-70k OTE
- Year 3: £100k OTE
Fast Progression: Promotions based entirely on performance, with leadership roles achievable in 3-5 years.

Training: Develop skills in sales, negotiation, and marketing through a structured training programme.
Your role:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle - from advertising jobs and screening CVs to arranging interviews and delivering job offers.
