Join our innovative team as a Global Sales Support Specialist! We are a diverse, social, and vibrant team based in the heart of Leeds City Centre. Our working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, aligning with our customer time zones to build on our success in solution selling.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking to kick-start their career in IT sales with extensive training and mentoring provided. It is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, curious, and self-motivated, and wants to learn about the IT channel while being passionate about career progression.

  • Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of services to customers.
  • CRM Management: Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System to input and maintain customer data, track leads, and record sales activities.
  • Additional Relevant Activities: Perform other tasks that support the team in driving sales.
  • Provide direct support to the Global Account Manager.
  • Engage in networking activities.
