Job Description This US firm has one of the fastest-growing Private Equity and PE-based M&A teams in the market, with London being their second largest office and their corporate team consistently growing across all levels (NQ – 6PQE) The team is ranked in both Chambers and L500 for their upper-mid to big-ticket transactions, renowned for their controlled buyout work, but also their equity investments on behalf of a wide range of clients. In contrast to other US firms that mainly advise controlled financial sponsors, you will be working with PE funds, VCs, LP-investors, Credit Funds, Sovereign wealth funds and media/sports clients. As part of a lean team, you will also be gaining hands-on experience on deals, while also being supported from established training sessions. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a market-leading team at the growing stages, gaining exposure to European, US and UK-based deals. They also have a very collegiate and social culture, as well as lower target hours than most of their cravath-paying competitors.
