Director/ Responsible Individual – Children Residential service – Up to £100,000 Nonstop Care are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Director to lead a portfolio of seven children's homes across Birmingham. These homes support a diverse range of needs, including Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD). This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care and operational excellence across all homes, while driving forward the organization's vision and mission in children's residential services. Responsibilities: Ensure that all legal responsibilities associated with the opening, registration and operation of the Homes are effectively discharged. Supervise, support, and hold to account the RM's of the homes.
