Pricing Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Pricing Manager to join our experienced Pricing team at RSA on a hybrid basis. The role involves delivering actuarial analyses in areas such as product pricing, risk modelling, corporate planning, reinsurance, claims reserves, and underwriting analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruit, develop, and motivate a team of pricing experts to ensure timely and accurate analyses and pricing models.
2. Support the development of portfolio strategy alongside senior management.
3. Represent the team at meetings and collaborate with the Commercial Underwriting Office and P&L to communicate findings and support implementation.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have experience in leading high-performance teams, knowledge of insurance pricing and modelling techniques, and relevant actuarial or practical pricing experience. Proficiency in technology and analytical tools such as Excel, Emblem, Radar, VBA, and R is essential.
