A Listed Media business based in London is looking for an Interim Financial Controller to help guide the business through a period of transformation. They are reducing headcount in the finance team, so they need a tried-and-tested contractor to step in to support with the annual report, audit and future proofing the business.
Reporting to the current CFO, you will be:
- Overseeing IFRS reporting and assisting with the annual report production in line with listed regulations
- Managing the lean team of two UK-based accountants
- Supporting the local teams in international territories
- Assisting with the audit and audit requests
- Handling ad hoc requests as per the CFO and auditors' guidance
As an ACA or CAANZ, or ACCA-qualified accountant with a strong technical grounding, you will have experience of working in listed businesses and, ideally, the Marketing and Advertising sector. You will need to be a self-starter with a proven contracting track record.
