The role of a House Manager is an exciting and dynamic one, with no day the same as the last. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service which meets and exceeds expectations, supports the needs of the individual and promotes happy living. You will have great people skills, a can-do attitude and empathy. As well as being a people person, you will also be business-minded and always be on the lookout for opportunities to improve and enhance Commerson Estate Management's services for our customers.
You will get the best of both worlds with opportunities to work as part of a team and on using your own initiative. Knowledge or previous experience of working with older people, managing budgets, complaint handling and safeguarding of vulnerable adults is preferred, but not essential for this role. A level 3 certificate or diploma in housing is desirable.

Previous Experience:
- Experience of working with vulnerable people or the elderly is required.
- Knowledge of current Health and safety in social care sector.
- Experience of dealing with contractors.
- Customer Service Experience essential preferably from a customer facing role.
Full training will be provided. Previous Applicants will not be considered.
