An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy. Based from our Derby office, the role involves covering projects within a 100-mile radius, with bi-monthly travel further afield when required.
You will be responsible for:
- Carrying out asbestos surveys
- Annual re-inspections of known ACMs
- Delivering asbestos awareness briefings
- Preparing and reviewing asbestos survey reports
The role will require regular site visits and occasional overnight stays.
Requirements:
- P402 Certification (or equivalent) is essential
- Minimum 2 years experience as a lead surveyor
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organised
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable to meet the changing needs of clients
