Concrete Repairs Limited (CRL) is the UK’s leading specialist contractor for the inspection, repair, and management of concrete structures. With over 65 years of experience and a reputation for delivering award-winning projects, CRL sets the benchmark in our sector. We’re now looking to strengthen our team by appointing a talented Contracts Manager.

The Role: As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple construction projects or a single high-value project. This includes managing all contractual, financial, safety, quality, and programme aspects in accordance with CRL’s procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, programming, and delivery of contracts
  • Procure materials, subcontractors, and plant efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Monitor budgets and contract finances, and manage claims and variations
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Contribute to tender preparation, quality submissions, and business development
  • Motivate, support, and develop project teams and site staff
  • Maintain CRM and contract documentation, and support reporting processes

About You: You are an experienced construction professional with a proven track record of managing contracts independently. You thrive under pressure, communicate effectively, and bring a solutions-focused mindset to every challenge.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing multiple construction contracts
  • In-depth knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts and CDM Regulations
  • Strong commercial, planning, and leadership skills
  • SMSTS and CSCS Black Card
  • Degree or NVQ Level 5+ in Civil Engineering or Construction (or working towards)
  • Membership of MICE, MCIOB, ICorr (or working towards)
  • Full UK Driver’s Licence
