Tournament Manager Salary circa £27,000 – £28,000 per annum + employee assistance programme, private healthcare and/or health cash plan, 3x salary life assurance, enhanced pension and family policies, up to 36 days annual leave (includes bank holidays and company days) Our championship team run in excess of 70 events a year between the months of April to September. As one of two tournament managers within the team, you will manage, organise and deliver national tournaments and events for club golfers, as well as assisting tournament director staff at key national championships for amateur golfers playing at the elite level. We pride ourselves on providing first-class events for our golfers and you will play an important part in delivering this. Following growth, we are looking for someone to join the team who has: An ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people. The ability to work to deadlines. The ability to use and learn a range of computer software programs including Golf Genius software. Knowledge of amateur golf. An understanding of the rules of golf.
