Prime Video Europe is seeking a driven, talented, and experienced marketing manager to play a critical role in developing, governing, and delivering results via our Performance Marketing channel. This role is responsible for executing our strategy across performance marketing, including ideation, experimentation, and optimization of new opportunities in this space. The scope focuses on achieving key business goals while innovating and finding efficiencies through a multi-year strategy and roadmap. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven marketeer to think big and innovate for our customers. The role offers intellectual, technical, and operational challenges with significant business impact across more than 20 countries and multiple languages.
Key job responsibilities:
- Drive growth and optimize performance marketing channels (Search, Outbound, SEO, Mobile display) across 20+ locales.
- Conduct experiments to deliver incremental HVAs and support key customer and business objectives.
- Apply measurement techniques and maintain strict financial stewardship in channel management.
- Audit and test to identify additional growth opportunities.
- Standardize team processes and offshore/automate BAU tasks to focus on deeper analysis and experimentation.
