We are seeking a talented and passionate Bar Manager who would be excited about leading the team at The Causeway Bar.
Location - Undy AFC Caldicot
Payrate - £15 per hour
This position will be managed on a 2-week rota basis including weekends and will be an average of 42 hours per week.
Duties/Responsibilities include:
- Leading, training and managing all bar staff.
- Be responsible for ordering and receiving stock from suppliers and the brewery.
- Accepting deliveries from suppliers and the brewery.
- Open and closing of the premises between the hours of 4pm - midnight weekdays and midday - midnight on weekends.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation including licensing act & Health and Safety.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Management or supervisory experience.
- The passion to take ownership of the role and deliver results.
