Do you have the ability to influence decision-making at a senior level whilst enjoying working in the day-to-day operational HR? You will report to the Director of People and Culture and manage a Senior HR administrator. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded Charity Client, providing strategic HR advice and guidance, leadership, and skills development to SLT and Managers, enabling employee engagement and driving cultural change. This position is permanent and offers Hybrid working.
Key responsibilities for this HR Business Partner role include:
- Provide professional strategic HR advice and operational guidance to managers and staff covering all People & Culture matters, in line with policy, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Deputise for the Director of People and Culture in their absence, taking any necessary decisions required during that period.
- Promote and enrich culture change in line with values.
- Take a lead role in driving organisational change to meet strategic objectives.
- Develop pragmatic solutions to complex problems where little or no precedent exists, in line with policy and legal requirements.
- Apply operational data from various sources, including external best practices, to inform decision-making and advice.
- Work collaboratively on employee relations matters, managing issues through to resolution.
- Take ownership of employee resourcing and talent management to ensure departments are effectively resourced.
- Develop management learning and development initiatives to equip managers with skills to handle performance, capability, and conduct issues.
- Advise on implementing organizational reengineering and support change management processes.
