A leading international commercial law firm with offices across the globe, this organisation is renowned for delivering expert advice and strategic guidance across the full legal spectrum. With a workforce of over 1000, they serve a diverse portfolio of clients in sectors such as transport, logistics, retail, insurance, marine, health, education, manufacturing, public sector, and banking and financial services.

As an HR Advisor on a fixed-term contract until January 2026, you will be part of the HR Operations team based in Liverpool, with occasional travel to other UK offices. Your role will involve providing HR support to employees, coaching managers on employee-related matters, managing various ER cases, making Occupational Health referrals, assisting with policy reviews, producing reports and formal paperwork, and supporting HR projects and payroll processing.

To excel in this role, you should have previous generalist/operational HR experience, the ability to manage and advise on formal HR processes, experience in managing an ER caseload, strong communication skills, good judgment and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work well under pressure. Experience in a law firm or professional services sector and a Level 5 CIPD qualification are preferred.
