Marks Sattin is currently partnering with a great client to support their search for an Interim Senior Finance Business Partner. You will be joining an international professional services business, based in Sheffield and/or Leeds on a hybrid basis, working with this business for a period of 12 months. The salary ranges between £75,000 and £78,000, plus many benefits. This is a crucial role supporting the Senior Leadership Team during a Transformation Change Project.
The role involves collaborating with IT to oversee and control costs and reporting, including Capex and project expenses. Responsibilities include ongoing analysis, reporting, budgeting, reforecasting, and ad-hoc analytical work, such as:
- Collaborating with other Senior BPs to deliver consistent and insightful reports across service areas.
- Preparing and reviewing headcount data, with commentary on variances.
- Presenting monthly management information and commentary to Directors, highlighting budget progress, issues, and proposed actions.
- Tracking projects, KPIs, and Capex to ensure thorough oversight.
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis on costs, identifying trends and risks, and working with the Senior Finance BP to implement changes.
