This very successful, boutique property advisory firm in Victoria is looking for a detail orientated, team focussed, calm and diligent PA to support the architects team. The role doesn’t require a huge amount of experience, but needs someone with enthusiasm, who is process driven and methodical, enjoys working within a smaller team, working with other PAs and getting the work done.
The duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to the architects
- Making/handling telephone calls, dealing with queries, taking messages etc
- Building reports and sending invoices to clients
- Recording incoming documents (paper and electronic), checking for omissions
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients professionally
- Proofreading documents, including reports
- Diary and electronic calendar management
- Inputting data into Excel spreadsheets
They are a lovely team and are ideally looking for someone degree educated, with 2-4 years’ experience, looking to stay and develop with them long term.
