Finance Business Partner - Immediate Start

The business is currently on a transformation journey and is looking for someone to be apart of this journey, streamlining processes and setting records along the way. In this pivotal role, you\’ll split your focus 50/50 between core management accounting and high-impact business partnering. You\’ll work hand-in-hand with our operations teams to support decision-making and drive performance, while also taking responsibility for financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and streamline current processes Analyse sales and margin performance across business units Partner with operational leaders to support cost control and commercial decision-making Develop and present financial insights to influence strategy and profitability Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Identify risks, opportunities, and trends in financial performance You\’re a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys being at the heart of the action. A relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Experience in management accounting and business partnering, ideally within a contract led business environment Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of sales and margin performance This is your chance to help shape the future of a growing business.
