I am seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve providing maintenance and technical support across a portfolio of commercial sites in London, ensuring that all building services and systems are operating at peak performance. The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled, with a focus on electrical or mechanical systems, and able to carry out both reactive and preventative maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting. Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, to a high standard, and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct inspections and fault-finding on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure safe and effective operation. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide clear communication to clients and management. Liaise with building managers and clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
