Background:
The successful candidate will coordinate relocations for assignees, ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate full relocation processes for multinational clients, aligning with company and client needs.
- Serve as the main contact for expatriates and their families during relocations.
- Ensure relocations comply with legal standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records in the database.
- Promote and cross-sell company services.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
