What you'll do:
- Ensure our guest experience never flags, even at night, treating guests as individuals and making their stay special.
- Manage the coming and going of guests, ensuring all bills are correct.
- Work with all teams to maintain busy operations and assist the Night Manager with overbooking levels.
- Answer phones, sort out requests, and involve the team as needed, acting as the one-stop-shop for guests.
