Key job responsibilities:
- Maintain and follow strict confidentiality to protect customer privacy.
- Work with various data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
- Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools, supporting AI development responsibly.
- Generate high-quality human insight data across modalities such as text, image, video, and audio.
- Make sound judgments and decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.
- Show attention to detail and flexibility to switch between different requirement categories quickly.
- Support daily operational deliverables for multiple tasks within the team.
- Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and suggest solutions to improve labeling quality.
- Identify operational issues and suggest procedural or tool improvements.
- Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during task execution.
A day in the life:
As a ML Data Associate (MLDA), you will perform foundational labeling functions, such as dialogue evaluation across speech, text, audio, and video data. Your focus, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail will help you deliver high-quality work while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Amazon policies. Basic Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- CEFR C1+ or higher fluency in French.
- Proficiency in English (CEFR C1+), both written and spoken.

- Advanced reading comprehension and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions.
- Research skills with experience synthesizing information from multiple sources.
