Duties include:
- Meeting and greeting clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Providing refreshments and associated hospitality services
- Ensuring guests are well looked after
- Coordinating diaries and managing individual client requirements
- Answering telephones and resolving enquiries
- Associated administration duties including back-office support
Skills/Experience Required:
- Previous experience working within either hospitality, beauty, luxury brand, or customer service
