Part time Receptionist Nottingham £12.21ph. Alternate weekends and holiday cover.

If you’re the kind of person that loves providing quality customer service whilst representing a luxury brand - we have the role for you. We are looking for a smart and well-presented front of house professional.

Duties include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
  • Providing refreshments and associated hospitality services
  • Ensuring guests are well looked after
  • Coordinating diaries and managing individual client requirements
  • Answering telephones and resolving enquiries
  • Associated administration duties including back-office support

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous experience working within either hospitality, beauty, luxury brand, or customer service
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to stay calm in high pressure situations
