We promote energy-efficient measures to help low-income, vulnerable, and fuel-poor households across Britain. As PAS 2030 accredited installers, we deliver high-quality, government-recognised services, tailored to each home's specific needs through a comprehensive survey. Our goals include reducing carbon emissions and addressing fuel poverty.
Eco Home Insulation is expanding — and we’re on the lookout for five skilled plastering teams to grow with us! We’re open to hiring established teams or individual plasterers who can be placed into high-performing squads. Relevant NVQ qualifications and experience with the Weatherby system are essential — if that’s you, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a full-time, on-site role for experienced plasterers. As part of our growing team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Applying layers of plaster or stucco to internal/external walls, ceilings, and partitions
- Preparing surfaces to exact specifications
- Mixing and applying plaster coats with precision
- Measuring and cutting materials as required
- Maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, including care of tools and materials
- Ensuring work is completed to the high-quality standards expected by Eco Home Insulation
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid CSCS Card
- Experience and skills in Plastering and Stucco application
- Experience working with Ceilings
- Attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Appropriate NVQ qualification (essential)
- Proven experience with Weatherby systems (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
