The Role

As an Operations Cost Finance Business Partner, you will deliver cost analysis, reporting, and planning across the Group, focusing on Operations. You will provide senior stakeholders with insights into the cost base and strategic investments, and work with the Operations team to identify and deliver cost savings.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to identify opportunities, support business cases, and track delivery.
• Produce month-end and forecast reports with commentary and variance analysis.
• Use KPIs to challenge and improve cost performance.
• Support budgeting and rolling forecasts for FTE, staff, and non-staff costs.
• Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders and directors.
• Work with Finance to ensure consistency and share knowledge.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and investigate cost issues.
• Partner with Controllership on month-end results, journals, and accruals.

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to simplify complex data into insights.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• High integrity and credibility with senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proactive team player with a self-starting attitude.

Desirable

• Experience in business partnering and cost planning, preferably in Operations.
• Degree-level qualification.
