Already making waves across the UK and US, they’re now looking for a superstar NPD Manager to lead the charge on product innovation.

What you’ll be doing

⭐ Owning the full NPD and EPD process, from the first spark of an idea through to launch

⭐ Writing killer product briefs and being the technical point of truth for new launches

⭐ Keeping projects moving — on time, on budget, on point

⭐ Working on packaging, artwork and compliance across UK, US and EU

⭐ Sourcing new materials and suppliers that fit with the brand’s values

⭐ Negotiating costs, MOQs and timelines to make launches commercially viable

⭐ Supporting with special projects like limited editions and branded merch

What we’re looking for

⭐ 4+ years’ experience in NPD or product development in FMCG or personal care

⭐ A solid track record of launching products on time and on budget

⭐ Strong project management skills and the ability to bring teams with you

⭐ A balance of creativity and commercial awareness

⭐ Knowledge of compliance, testing and sustainability claims

⭐ Detail-obsessed, organised and a natural problem-solver
