Manpower has a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Training and Communication Specialist to join our Clients team at their site in Loughborough. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP S4 Hana/ ECC and Ariba Guided Buying with prior experience as a Super User or Trainer.
This is a varied role and some day to day responsibilities will include:
- The design, development and delivery of comprehensive training programs on SAP S4 Hana
- The creation of engaging training materials including manuals, presentations and e-learning modules
- Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels ensuring they gain a thorough understanding of SAP S4 Hana functionalities
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and webinars to educate employees on best practices and new features of SAP S4 Hana systems
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees, addressing any questions or concerns related to SAP S4 Hana systems
- Leverage prior experience as a Super User or Trainer to provide expert insights and practical knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes
You will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana / ECC and Ariba Guided Buying with proven experience as a Super User or Trainer in SAP systems.
