We’re looking for a driven, hard-working, and determined Quality & Safety Officer to join our Head Office in Islington. £30,000 per annum, working 35 hours per week. Look Ahead Care and Support own and manage a mixed portfolio of properties across London and the Home Counties. The organisation accommodates customers with a range of support needs. The post holder will provide practical, analytical and administrative support to the different functions within the customer experience directorate. This includes working closely with the Senior Health and Safety Manager. The role will take responsibility for the administration and maintenance of the incident and investigation system (RIVO) and will liaise with the Safeguarding Manager on making sure all required actions are followed up. The role also will lead on the administration of the Quality Management System (QMS) and following up on any actions which follow Quality Audits across services. The role will also have responsibility for following up on non-conformance across the different systems, and produce regular reports with available data.
